My wife and I worked extensively with Craig to buy a new Dufour 412 for our kids will grow up on. He was wonderful to deal with on our older trade-in and brought a ton of knowledge and experience. The help and guidance he gave throughout the ordering process was great; he listened to our needs and made suggested many changes that we're ecstatic with after delivery. Working with Craig we ended up with a better setup than we had originally specified and got better than factory quality going with locally sourced canvas and solar packages. The delivery and after-sales support with Craig and JP has been everything we could have hoped for and we've even been introduced to other owners to share our experiences with. I really appreciate the effort and the ethical behavior Craig displayed and to this day two years later I count on him to answer questions and give sound advice. I would never buy a boat from anyone else so I hope he stays in the business. One last thing, when you buy a new boat there is a longish time between when you order and when you get delivery. Often over time, your memory or expectation of the boat your purchased doesn't live up to that expectation when it is delivered. In my case when the boat arrived and I saw it for the first time, it not only matched my expectations it exceeded them. I love my Dufour and our life at sea, wouldn't have been half as good an experience without Craig and Northstar.
