CONSTRUCTION, HULL & DECK:
Built with an all-composite structure and hand-laid FRP lamination. Hull and deck are pre-cut bi-axial FRP fabric with woven roving and Kevlar reinforcement. The grid system is Kevlar-reinforced FRP bonded to the hull using methacrylate adhesive. Integral composite transom. All through-hull fittings are bronze below the waterline, and stainless steel above. Flat deck surfaces are white premium gelcoat with contrasting diamond-patterned molded non-skid areas. One-piece 14” stainless steel bow rail tapers at midship. Large FRP hardtop with painted non-skid top on 3” welded tube legs (powder-coated white).
