1998 Catalina 320

"Osprey" is a very nice example of the popular Catalina 320.  Her conscientious owners have spared no expense in updating this boat including new Raymarine speed, depth, wind, Hybrid Touch GPS plotter and radar...new Jabsco manual toilet with new plumbing and holding tank...new PYI dripless shaft seal, new shaft and cutlass bearing.  A recent survey is available upon request.

The Catalina 320 is a two-cabin, 1-head boat which sleep 7.  The interior is a teak & holly sole and navy blue cloth upholstery. 

Forward is the v-berth with a filler cushion to complete the berth.  The main cabin has a U-shaped dinette to starboard which is convertible into a double berth with a settee to port.  The nav station is at the end of the port settee.

The L-shaped galley is to port complete with Adler-Barbour 12-volt refrigeration, a Hillerange 2-burner gimballed stove with oven, double stainless steel sinks with hot & cold pressure water, Samsung 110-volt microwave and storage throughout.

The head is to starboard with a new Jabsco manual toilet, new holding tank and plumbing.  There is a sink with hot & cold pressure water, handheld shower and 12-volt shower sump pump.

Aft is a large double berth with a hanging locker and multiple opening ports for natural light and ventilation.
