2001 Aerodyne 38

The Aerodyne 38 is one of the most popular Rodger Martin designs and was the Sailing World magazine "Boat of the Year".  This particular boat is certainly going to be one of the best maintained and updated examples of the Aerodyne 38 on the market.  This boat was a fresh water boat until a few years ago.  She has had major hull and deck repairs done to replace original balsa coring with foam coring, and she now shines with her fresh flag blue topsides, new deck paint and freshly painted interior.  The mast has been painted too!  Add new electronics and sails that have hardly been used and you have an almost new boat.

It doesn't stop there, this boat will be coming with a brand new B&G Zeus electronics package including a 15" plotter at the nav station and autopilot, brand new Quantum main and jib, new batteries, new electrical panel, new mast paint, new refrigeration unit and new canvas.

The Aerodyne 38 has a well-lit comfortable interior with excellent ventilation.  This interior has been freshly painted so it looks like new.

The Saloon has settee port and starboard with lockers and shelves outboard.  The removable drop-leaf table with bottle storage in the center can seat six comfortably.

Two private cabins, forward and aft, each have their own hanging lockers and storage areas.

The head with sink, lockers and foul-weather gear storage is to port at the base of the companionway with the aft cabin to starboard.

There is a full-size nav station opposite the galley with a chart locker and storage under the seat.

The Galley is U-shaped forward of the aft cabin.  There are lockers above the 2-burner stove/oven with a double sink on centerline over the engine with hot & cold water. There is a large ice-box/refrigeration.
