This 2002 Beneteau 473 3 Cabin is one of the nicest on the market. She has been always professionally maintanted and it shows. She has resently had a pair of Raymarine E80's installed. Has AC, and solar panels. Canvas is in excellent condition.

The Beneteau 473 combines extraordinary interior comfort, volume, and light along with bluewater strength. Designed by Groupe Finot, she offers a unique combination of elegant lines with extraordinary space and performance. The 473 boasts more features and creature comforts than many boats in this size. She is the Three Cabin Version. The Galley to starboard with Fridge/freezer and three burner stove with oven. Double sinks with plenty of counter space. There is AC throughout the interior. A plentiful Settee provides seating for many friends or plenty of room for just yourself. A fantastic thing about the 473 is the amount of natural light.

To port is a full Navigation Station complete with e80 plotter - 2 ST60 displays - VHF - Stereo with iPod input

The Master Stateroom forward with centerline queen and ensuit head. The head has a separate stall shower is opulent. There are two hanging locker and plenty of storage.

Aft are two full sized cabins that share a full head to Port with integrated shower.

This boat has been professionally maintained and it shows. She is as clean today as she was 10 years ago but better. Resent electronics upgrades, and new canvas puts her at the front of the list of the 473's on the market today. This one needs to be on your short list.

There are twin wheels with Plastimo Compasses mount in front of each wheel. Also ST60 displays at each wheel as well. At the Port wheel are the engine controls as well the new Raymarine e80 plotter with RADAR.Teak Cockpit seating and swim platform.

There is a swim platform with integrated swim ladder. The Cockpit is covered with a new 2012 Bimini and Dodger. Aft of the Bimini is a Dinghy Davit with support for the twin solar panels. There is also a mount for the tender outboard on the stern pushpit.

On the portside of the companionway is an electric Halyard Winch with clutches forward. To the starboard side is a halyard winch with cluthes forward.

The cockpit table it in impeccable shape and makes a sun downer that much more enjoyable.

At the helms are Raymarine ST60 displaying Wind Speed and Direction, Boat Speed and Depth and Autopilot. There are also two ST60's located at the Nav Station.

A new E80 plotter/RADAR is located at the port helm along with a repeater at the Nav Station below.
