Hiatus' interior is finished in varnished mahogany with Khaya mahogany floors throughout.  The Owner's stateroom forward features an island queen with drawer storage below, stainless steel opening ports and a large overhead hatch providing natural light and ventilation.  The ensuite head is located aft to starboard and features a separate shower stall, Vacuflush fresh water electric head, a stainless steel sink with a Corian countertops. 

Aft to port is the guest cabin with versitle double berth, large hanging locker.  The guest/day head is forward also with a Vacuflush electric head, shower and stainless steel sink with a Corian countertop.

Opposite to starboard is a large L-shaped galley with all the amenities and ample storage.

 There are 4 Air conditioning units, (2) 2014 Cruisair and (2) 2002 MarineAir. In addition, custom wood cabin house blinds add shade and privacy.

The Vicem features cold-molded composite construction using layers of mahogany with epoxy providing an exceptionally strong, stiff hull and superstructure. In 2014, all exterior woodwork was stripped and refinished with 6+ coats.
