The Beneteau Oceanis 40 won Cruising World magazine's 2008 Midsize Boat of the Year award and is one of the most popular Beneteau models of its era.  "Villainy" is a beautifully well cared for example.  Her original owners have spared no expense in keeping her in top condition. 

This is the popular two-stateroom, one-head layout equipped with full canvas, full electronics package, air conditioning with reverse-cycle heat, flat screen TV and much more.  She is commissioned and in the water ready to go. 

"Villainy" has the popular 2-cabin, 1-head layout.  There is a double v-berth forward with ample storage, lots of natural light and ventilation and is equipped with a 12-volt fan.  The main salon has a U-shaped dinette to starboard which is convertible into an additional double berth.  There is an additional settee to port which incorporates an aft-facing nav station.  The U-shaped galley is aft to port complete with Vitrifrigo front-loading refrigerator and top-loading freezer, 2-burner gimbaled propane stove with oven, double stainless steel sinks and tons of storage and counter space.  The head is opposite to starboard with a separate stall shower with shower sump, Jabsco electric marine head (new macerator pump 2016) and vanity/sink.  The aft cabin is aft to starboard with a spacious double berth and hanging locker.
