“REEL ANGELS” is a serious offshore center console that blends legendary Carolina styling with exceptional ride quality and fishability. Designed with the unmistakable Carolina flare that made the Buddy Davis name famous, the 28’ delivers a soft, dry ride in sporty offshore conditions while remaining equally comfortable for family harbor cruises or entertaining guests.  

Power comes from two excellent Yamaha 250HP four-stroke outboards, delivering a top-end speed approaching 60 MPH at 6,050 RPM. At a comfortable cruising speed of approximately 33 MPH at 3,500 RPM, this Buddy Davis 28’ offers an excellent balance of performance, fuel economy, and offshore range.

Developed around a proven deep-V hull featuring 24.5-degree transom deadrise, a wide 9’6” beam, and the aggressive Carolina bow flare that has become synonymous with the Buddy Davis pedigree. Built utilizing fiberglass composite construction with infused closed-cell foam coring throughout the hull, decks, and hardtop, the result is a rigid, lightweight structure capable of handling demanding offshore conditions.
