1982 DeFever 49 Raised Pilothouse

This well maintained DeFever 49 RP is in very good condition with numerous upgrades. Double teak opening doors provide entrance from the cockpit to the spacious salon which features a built-in settee to port and a couch to starboard.  The galley is forward to port on the same level. The galley runs full beam with a deck access door on the starboard side.  Up 3 steps is the  pilothouse that is fitted with an L-shaped settee/dinette, watch berth and port and starboard pilothouse doors.  The Owner's stateroom with a queen island berth and ensuite head with tub and shower.  The day head which serves as the guest head is at the foot of the companionway.  The bow stateroom features a V-berth with teak cabinetry and an opening deck hatch.  Teak parquet flooring is featured throughout.
