Description
A very good example of this well-known cruiser! The 38 Landfall has been one of the most popular of the various C&C designs, suitable for extended cruising and 'around the can' racing. "Pryority" is a re-powered, 1 owner boat that has been cared for in a meticulous and loving manner.

Balsa cored laminated fiberglass hull and deck using polyester resin. Molded non skid decks. Solid teak toe rail. Lead fin ballast keel. Fiberglass spade rudder.

- Beginning forward, you'll find a comfortable V-berth with storage shelves outboard. This stateroom also boasts a good sized hanging locker to starboard and a bureau to port. A door separates this area from the main saloon next aft. To port this saloon has an L-shaped settee with a custom extension to convert it to a very ample double berth. A straight settee is to starboard and a dropleaf dining table is mounted on the centerline. Aft of the straight settee is another hanging locker and drawers. Both sides of the saloon have enclosed storage lockers outboard. Continuing aft is the head compartment with sink, vanity, marine toilet and shower. Storage has also been provided in this area. The nav station is to starboard at the companionway. The galley is to port, across from the head compartment. It is followed by a double quarterberth.

The original, plastic bow fresh water tank under the v-berth was replaced with a custom stainless steel tank .
