"SIRION" is a well-found example of the Beneteau 473 class with sharp looks and blue-water strength. A proven design that re-wrote the book for comfortable short-handed performance cruisers. Hull is machine and hand-laminated, vinylester resin, single skin FRP bonded with an internal structural grid. Deck is balsa core and hand-laminated FRP with solid glass sections in high load and hardware locations. Molded diamond point non-skid surfaces. The interior is a molded FRP pan liner. Hull to deck joint is a shoe-box type in-turning flange glued and bolted. Cast iron fin keel with bulb bolted to hull- 8,157lb ballast. Molded FRP skeg casing strut. Rudder is a spade, FRP with composite post.

"SIRION" is a (3) cabin- (2) head layout: The owner's stateroom is forward with a double berth on center, bench seating, and a hanging locker shelving compartment to port. Double drawer storage beneath the bed and outboard shelving on both sides of the berth. Head with hinged door stall shower, double mirror vanities, and towel hooks.
The main saloon features a U-shaped seating and dinette table to starboard, the table drops to form a double berth. A large settee to port with compartments for glassware behind. Chart table to port with head behind. L-shaped galley to starboard. Twin double cabins with hanging lockers aft.
