1989 Catalina 34

"VIAJERA" is both a well-equipped and maintained C34. She boasts the largest cockpit in her class, set up to be singled-handed but large enough to be enjoyed with guests. She is the shoal-drafted, wing-keeled version of this timeless coastal cruiser design by Frank Butler. The C34 is a very forgiving boat that offers the newer or even seasoned sailer responsive performance and comfort at the same time. Single skin Gelcoat over multiple layers of resin-impregnated fiberglass. FRP tabbed structural bulkheads and partitions. Transverse FRP floor timbers in the deep sump. Hull to deck joint is a vertical plane/ raised deck overlap, bonded and FRP tabbed with a rub rail over. Wing keel with poured lead ballast, stainless steel bolts. Cored deck, fiberglass in high load areas, molded non-skid finish. Foam-filled FRP rudder on a composite post.

Two-cabin layout with berths for seven. As you enter the main salon you find a large dinette on the starboard side that converts to a double berth. On the portside, there is a long settee that converts to a single berth. Aft of the settee is the chart table and good size hanging locker. 

There is a fully enclosed head with a shower. Across from the head, you will find a substantial l-shaped galley with ample storage. A full-sized enclosed aft cabin and hanging locker. The forward v-berth has many drawers and a large hanging locker.
